The Section is currently located on the Upper Ground Floor of the Main Library immediately after the Security check point.
It handles all inquiries related to the use of the library, the collections and the services. The section is also responsible for registering new users, clearing completing students and inter-library loan (library exchange services).

Staff in the Section
The section is administered by three professional librarians who are assisted by some support staff. These include:
